Necessary components for sailing race by Kats Ote
The factors that would affect the outcome of the race are the design factors, such as the size of a boat's sails, its length, and the weight and shape of its hull. These factors are so important that the skills of the salers are often overshadowed by them. Therefore, there exists a strict rule; all boats are reuired to be identical, or a handicapping system is used.
