I just read a story about this famous gymnast Nadia Comaneci. She is from Romania. She won 3 golden and one silver medal in the Olimpics of 1976 in Montreal and she is the first ever gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10, in an Olympic gymnastic event. She is also the winner of two gold medals at the 1980 summer Olympics. She is one of the best-known gymnasts in the world.
This story really inspires me, because, she won her medals in a very young age. Her first Olimpic medal was when she was at the age 14. How good can you be to get such a high prize in such a young age.
I also like that because inspite of all honours and money that she got in such a young age, she remained active in sports and did not stop her training. Now Comăneci is participating in many charities and international organizationsand very popular. Posted by Oksana Karabin
